This apparatus is suitable for preparation of cement mortar mix. It comprises of an epicyclic type stainless steel paddle capable of imparting rotating and planatory motions. The paddle is rotated at 140 or 280 RPM and the planatory motion is imparted at 62 and 125  RPM  respectively.  A  selector  handle  is  provided  for  this purpose. The rotating and planatory motions mix the material omogenously and gives a finished product of uniform mix. Supplied complete with a 200 mm. diameter stainless steel bowl of 6 littres capacity with a working volume of 4.75 littres (approx.).
