CTP1200  Compression  Tester  is  designed  to  test  compressive strength of cement mortor and cement concrete cubes upto 150 mm. and cylinders of 150 mm. diameter x 300 mm. height. The specially designed jack assembly fitted with PTFE + bronze seal for piston  is  installed  together  with  ‘O’ring  as  energiser.  The  hand operated pumping unit with double acting plunger helps to built-up pressure in the jack assembly with ease even at a higher load. Fitted with either an Analogue Load Gauge of 240 mm. diameter with a least count of 2kN or a Digital Load Indicator with a least count of 1kN. The Digital Load Indicator incorporates peak-hold facility and a relay contact to protect the machine from overloading. The unit is calibrated against a NPL / NCCBM certified proving ring.
