Mr. Prashant Honrao and Mr. D.R. Munirao visited our Silicon carbide division lab from 23-01-2020 to 24/01/2020 for the installation and commissioning of the CMP Orbis Machine as per the above PO ref. They have carried out installation and commission of the system successfully and satisfactorily however process demonstration is still pending. All the utility connections (N2, Water, CDA, Electrical Connection, and Exhaust) have been the connection to the system. The system started and all the functions checked and it is running smoothly. Now the system is fully ready for the process training by Logitech Engineer.

To carry out the acceptance test of Gate valves at IPR, Mr. Munirao from M/s Lawrence & Mayu (India) Pvt Ltd has provided full technical support via video and telephonic conferencing during the test. The valves were successfully tested as per testing criteria mentioned in the purchase order. The operation of the gate valves were tested by opening and closing it several times (electrically as well as manually). No problems were observed in the operation. Also the valves were leak tested using a helium detector. No leak was detected.
