Flow Tables are used to determine the flow consistency of cement mortar, masonry cement, hydrated lime etc. A mass of the material with an initial fixed diameter is allowed to fall from a fixed height. The resulting increase in diameter is compared with the original diameter. This comparison allows for empirical data about fluidity to be permutated.
